Theme: winning for championship Plot: During the competiton, my competitor sabotaged me at the final round of the cooking competition, however, she was discovered by one of the audience and i eventually won.
Competition should never stop, and this is illustrated in the event which Bill, which had being promoted to CEO of the company, had gave up competition with people after being complacent, and eventually led to his fall.
Theme: Getai singing competition Plot: - Participated in a Getai singing competition - Every competititors have its pros and cons. I am very fluent with Hokkien and Chinese but my competitors are better in singing.
I had a competition with my colleague who was my friend. I won the competition but at the same time, lost a friend. learnt that just a competition could ruined our friendship.

The list of names who qualified for finals had been posted. My eyes scanned the page for the bold letters that spell, Siokpeng. As I ran my finger across the page, all the anxiety of the day was gone in one huge sigh of relief, and replaced by the nervous anticipation of tomorrow. With the support from my whole school, I was more motivated than ever. I knew the National Championship belonged to me.
Results of the competition does not matters, what really matters is to enjoy the process as well as what you have learn through the competition that can make you do better in the next competiiton.
As being the leader for the basketball team, I helped the school to win the championship for the consecutive five years. However, I was so haughty of my own achievement that I lost the competition on my last year and I realise that teamwork is the most important in a competition.
Competition for the love of parents can lead to hatred among siblings.

ReplyDeleteCompetition in relationship, never wanted in love. I guess I can never have a chance to give up in this unwanted competition.

ReplyDeleteWinning or losing is not the main concern in a competition, it is the enjoyment throughout the process that makes you feel contented.
